The cheapest place that I have found to buy Copic Markers is at carpediemstore.com. As I indicated in another thread, they don't ship fast by any means... but the savings is worth the wait.
Before I purchased my Copics, I used Ellenhutson.com and Papertreyink.com to determine the sets of three in varying shades that I wanted to buy... alway buy at least three in one color group for shading...steer clear from buying sets as they do not typically have the color combos for shading that really need to get the most out of your markers!
