I want to know about your cardstock.... do you typically use 8 1/2 x 11 or 12 x 12.... What brand do you? Why do you use that brand typically... what makes it great for you?

I have been using almost exclusively Papertrey Ink cardstock (I own every color they have out right now)... in 8 1/2 x 11. I bought it because I also bought their matching ribbon and inks... but recently they discontinued their inks and so I am switching over to Stampin' Up ink instead... now I am wondering if I should also switch over to Stampin' Up ribbons and cardstock as well.... but I have loved my Papertrey Ink paper...the only drawback is that it is so thick that it sometimes does not cut well with my Cricut (the tiny cuts make the paper peel).
In 12 x 12 I use American Crafts... but I really like Bazzil, it's just that trying to figure out what colors to buy over the internet makes me crazy (such a big selection)... American crafts has those handy packages in various colors... so easy to buy.

Yup on the easy to buy - Recollections does that for me. But my preferred brand is Bazzill, and I do buy 12 x 12. No waste. (I think it makes the best flowers...)
I found a huge package of Bazzill cheapo somewhere, it was like finding paradise. I also have a large amount of Martha Stewart, also bought very cheap. I shop way too much, but I am darned good at finding those bargains !
I have tried the SU cardstock, it is a dream to use. I also have some AC specialty papers (again, 75% off) that are gorgeous.

I use 12x12 Bazzill because that is what is pretty much available here.

Recollections and Bazzill are my go to's but I do really like the Stampin' Up cardstock. It's a great weight.

I pretty much use Stampin Up for both 8 1/2 x 11 and 12x12, they also have textured 12x12 now and I really like it. I like bazzill but the store that carries the best selection is about 40 minutes from me so I don't make it up there very often.

I use it all. Long ago I bought every color in whatever brand I loved. Now I have to to much so I'm using it all up. I use both sizes and will work on picking a brand or two or three once this insane stash is used mostly up.

I'm exclusively Stampin' Up/Papertrey for card stock and only use 8.5x11. I think when I get into scrapbooking I may branch out but the weight is the best I've found for cardmaking.

I have PTI for my 8-1/2" x 11 and Bazzill and CTMH for my 12 x 12 but I know what you mean about matching and the whole PTI ink dilema. I have been using my CTMH ink and cardstock where I can but I need to figure it all out for myself too. I do alot of work with Copics so I like the PTI Stamper's Select White - another reason to hang on to PTI (not to mention their ribbon and buttons - oh my!).

I use 12X12 Stampin' Up! card stock! I love the weight and the colors. You can get it in smooth and textured!
