Except for the trip to Tahoe no one seems to really have much happening for Valentine's Day...
What about Super Bowl this Sunday - what are you Americans planning ? (A much bigger day than Valentine's, I will wager.)
Do your scrap shops have specials during Super Bowl ? will you be cooking, watching the game, minding the kids, or have a few quiet moments to yourself to create ?

Me, ah I will be with my grandson, Spencer. He will want to do all the things he always does on Sundays - watch Scooby-Doo, disassemble and reassemble the helicopter and airplane, read a story, go to the grocery store where he will get a cookie and a roll and play on the computer. He will also probably finish the valentines he is giving out - they are Scooby-Doo ones with book marks, and he will run the envelopes through the cuttlebug. He will NOT want to watch football. He will snuggle with me, and find my glasses (which he always seems to find perched on top of my head.) We pretty much do the same thing every week.
(I know we won't go shopping at Michael's because he told me that Michael's is closed on Sundays. I am not so sure ...)

We will be joining our family for the big game day! I am cooking up some appetizers galore and a few desserts today. I need enough for 12 people. Eek that is a lot of folks!

I have a bowling tournament I'm playing in today....and after that is done, we have an annual super bowl party we attend... it's always fun, even if I never do win any money on the squares I buy! :-)

We had just moved into our house, so it was just us. We bought junk food and snacks for the game for "dinner" and hung out as a family! Can't beat that!
