Do you have plans for New Years Eve yet? If so, what are they?
My man and I are going out to dinner at PF Changs in Lansing, MI (about 40 minutes from here) with a group three other couples and then we are returning to our town to gather at one of our homes to ring in the New Year with a few drinks and games.

Rick and I never go out for New Year's Eve, just too many drunk drivers. We always stay home, try to stay awake until midnight and then go straight to bed..LOL The kids have a silly tradition involving sparkling cider and squeeze cheese from the can and ritz crackers. ;D

No, in fact this year I will be alone. My hubby, children, FIL and his partner are going away for a week and I will be alone and am really looking forward to this.

That actually sounds like the best New Years EVER! I would love to have peace and quiet here for an entire week... I am so jealous... hope you enjoy your time Liz!
