I have a TON of Christmas paper, and I used almost none of it this year. That didn't stop me from buying more, oh no. I sent out 0 Christmas cards, I got so far behind. I did some invitations, but didn't use any Christmas paper. I did one candle wrap, then did the rest in ribbon (shame on me) - I thought I was so together, but was I ever deluded....

I also just realized that I have a TON of Christmas goodies that I still haven't used! I hope I have enough time to use it because I always feel guilty for packing it away until next year. By then, there will be so many new pretty things that I know I'll have to buy.
I was thinking about mass producing some Christmas cards and sending them to a Church, senior center or some type of non-profit organization to distribute.
Another idea I had was to create small little packages of ready-to-make Christmas cards to send to my son's classroom. I thought it would be a cute little classroom project for the kids to make cards for their families.

Wow Kim, those are both fabulous ideas.... I've been using my Christmas paper for cards and other little gift items... I don't think I'm going to have enough this year! I guess I better mail out all those cards I've made though!

Those are great ideas. I usually make layouts and very rarely I will use the Christmas part of the patterned paper. I will often use the backs if it's double sided. And I don't really make cards.

I purchased two paper pads, a 6 x6 and an 8 x 8 as far as collections and have used the majority of both of those pads to make a few cards and two mini albums. A few stray single sheets for cards but I didn't go crazy buying Christmas paper this year. Michaels got in some gorgeous pads including Anna Griffin, which I love, but I didn't give in to the temptation.

I have made a few Christmas cards for challenges and the rest are Christmas cards I have made over time. I'm not sure that I have enough Christmas cards to mail out so I may be rushing to make more this week. Other than that, my Christmas Paper has been used to make my December Daily album, a anniversary album I was hired to do and some charms. I always have leftovers! I haven't bought any Christmas paper this year. I want the Jovial collection, Tim Holtz Seasonal stack and maybe Graphic 45 but haven't purchased it yet. LOL
