I don't know if this considered an altered item but I made this mini album for a swap. I used 5 toilet paper rolls, 5 coffee stained tags and another smaller tag from Kraft Outlet to make this mini album! I love how it turned out. This is really pretty Regan, just like everything else you do!!
I made a TP mini once but ended up not using it as a mini but instead each "page/roll" made a great gift card holder!

Beautiful, I saw this on your blog earlier and loved it. My son didn't believe me when I told him that you used toilet paper rolls.

This is such a great project and I love what you made it out of!! One of the things I'd like to do more of this year is altering items. I actually have a little box I brought home from work Friday that I'd like to alter but am intimidated to start it!
