Have you hugged your die cut machine today? If so, what kind is it and why do you love it?

I have a grape Spellbinders Wizard. LOL It's way old I know but I love it for my Nesties. The handle recently stripped out on it so I called Spellbinders because all the parts are supposed to be lifetime warrantied. They were great. I told them my problem they said no problem, got my address and sent me a brand new handle. We're back in business again. Great customer service! I have a Cricut Create too and have had great help with software technical issues from them. Love both of these machines and am seriously considering buying a Big Shot.

That is totally fantastic to hear that Spellbinders is willing to back their lifetime warranty for REAL! I've thought of buying a Big Shot too...cause I would love to do the bigger dies...but with so much Cricut stuff and a Cuttlebug it is hard to justify... I see you can buy the longer plates for the Cuttlebug now for the longer dies...but heck, by the time you pay for all of them, you can almost buy a Big Shot... go figure! :-)
