On Friday, the 2nd of July- I got my brand new Gypsy! I couldn't wait to play with it on the planeride to hawaii! Well, the sob story here is that my wonderful, amazing brand new husband had a soda bottle (you can see where this is going, right?) that he took a sip of, closed (or so he thought) and threw it into my purse (with cell phones, ipods and gypsy!) When I noticed that I was dripping soda from my purse, it was too late to save my ipod, his work phone and my brand new gypsy. I tried all the tricks in the book (rice, silca packets, etc) to dry that baby out, and nothing worked. I called PC this morning, and explained the situation, how I got to barely use it and had loaded ALL my carts onto it and then the next day was ruined. You know what they are doing for me? :-) SENDING ME A BRAND NEW GYPSY! They said normally, since it was my own fault and really not something covered that they couldn't do that, but since it was my honeymoon and all, the fact that I'd registered it just the day before.... they would send for my broken one, and when it arrived ship me one that would accept all the cartridges I'd already linked to my old Gypsy-- so I wouldn't have any problems. They were amazing with this situation and I wanted to share and brag about how amazing their customer service was! Thank You soooo much Provo Craft! ;D
